E. 1246 West Cherry; Lot 9, City Block 84 - Motion was rnadeby Chris Brown, <br />seconded by Vicki Ballard, to allow 30 days to deiriolish. If the property is not <br />demolished in 30 days the City may dernolish, with a $1,000 per day civil penalty. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />F. 301 Bonham Street; Lot 6, City Block 120 — Motion was made by Chris Brown,, <br />seconded by Vicki Ballard, to allow 90 days to repair or dernolish. If the <br />property is not repaired or demolished in 9�O days the City may demolish, with a <br />$1,000 per day civil penalty. Motion carried unanimously. <br />G. 347 Bonham Street; Lot 3, City Block 120 - Motion was made by <br />Chris Brown, seconded by Wendell Moore, to allow 90 days to repair. If the <br />property is not repaired in 90 days the City may repair, with a $ 1,000 per <br />day civil penalty. Motion carried unanimously. <br />260 South Main Street; Lot 6, City Block 178,-A - Motion was rnade and <br />seconded, to allow 90 days for Mr. Kenny Krammer to submit a plan for repair. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />4.
