Timeline for 260 S. Main <br />9/12/2010- Structure was presented to the BSC. Orders were placed <br />stating that Mr. Kammer had 90 days to turn in a plan to repair <br />the structure. <br />Stewart vs. Dallas Case halted BSC Meetings <br />2/20/2012- Structure was presented to the BSC. Orders were placed <br />stating the property owner had 30 days to obtain a structural <br />engineering report on the building and turn it in to the BSC. <br />4/9/2012- Structure was presented to the BSC. Orders were placed <br />stating that property owner must turn in a structural <br />engineering report to the BSC and $10 per day civil penalty be <br />assessed every day until the report was turned in. <br />6/19/2012- Administrative search warrant was obtained for 260 S. Main. <br />Warrant was not executed because owner allowed the City <br />and Dietz Engineering, LLC to inspect the structure. <br />6/21/2012- Robert Talley, Shawn Napier, and Dietz Engineering inspected <br />the structure. <br />8/9/2012- Donna Deitz of Deitz Engineers, LLC, submitted a report finding <br />several significant structural defects in the building. <br />8/27/12- HPC reviewed the property and agreed that due to substantial <br />structural damage, the building could not be saved and <br />represented a danger, clearing the way for BSC's consideration <br />of a demolition order. <br />
