Regular Council Meeting <br />November 13, 2017 <br />Page 2 <br />traveled and they were not on the master plan. He requested this be placed on a further agenda <br />for discussion. <br />B. Proclamation declaring November 2017 as Hospice Care Month. <br />Mayor Clifford read the proclamation and presented it to representatives from Cypress <br />Basin Hospice. <br />Consent Agenda <br />Mayor Clifford inquired of Council Members if they wished to pull any items from the <br />consent agenda for discussion. Council Member Knox asked that item 6B be pulled for <br />discussion. She referenced a resolution attached to the Historic Preservation Commission <br />minutes of October 11, and asked if they were approving this resolution at this meeting. Council <br />Member Knox said HPC had been working on this for several months and it was time to present <br />it to City Council for action. City Attorney Stephanie Harris said they were not approving this <br />resolution but it could be placed on a future agenda. Council Member Knox questioned why it <br />was not on their agenda when the Ceffco item was just approved and presented to them. <br />Following additional discussion, Mr. Godwin explained the minutes from boards were being <br />received by City Council, not approved. Mr. Godwin said the resolution would be on their next <br />agenda. <br />A Motion to approve the consent agenda was made by Council Member Portugal and <br />seconded by Council Member Trenado. Motion carried, 6 ayes — 0 nays. <br />5. Approve minutes from the meeting on November 13, 2017. <br />6. Receive reports and/or minutes from the following boards, commissions, and committees: <br />a. Paris Economic Development Corporation (9-22-2017) <br />b. Historic Preservation Commission (10-11-2017) <br />c. Paris Public Library Advisory Board (9-20-2017) <br />d. Airport Advisory Board (7-20-2017 & 9-21-2017) <br />7. Receive September monthly financial report. <br />8. Approve the Final Plat of Lot 1, Block A, Church Street Homestead City Block 159, <br />located at 1031 South Church Street. <br />9. Approve the Master Plat for The Hills, located on the northwest side of FM 195. <br />10. Approve the Re -plat of Lots 3A and 3B, Block A, CEFCO #1097 Addition 313, located <br />in the 5200 Block of Southeast Loop 286. <br />
