That Section 2-98 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Paris be, and the same is hereby, amended so that such shall read as follows: "Sec. 2-98 Ambulance Service Rates."' "(a) The following rates are established for emergency medical vehicle service for residents and non-residents of Lamar, County: (1) Specialty Care Transport (SCT) $650.00 plus $12.00 per mile from point of pickup to, point of delivery Mobile intensive care unit (MICU) (2) emergency..... $600.00 plus $12.00 per mile from point of pickup to point of delivery, 1 Advanced life support (ALS) (3) emergency $'550,0'0plus $12.00 per mile from point of pickup to point of delivery, .... Advanced life support (ALS) (4) non-emergency$450.00 plus $12,00 per mile from point of pickup to point of delivery. ..... Basic life support (BLS) emergency (5) Non -emergency transfer service (6) Non -emergency transfer service (7) return trip ..... (8) Standby..... $400.00 plus $12.00 per mile from point of pickup to point of delivery. $240.00 plus $12.00 per mile from point of pickup to point of delivery. $235.00 plus $12.00 per mile from p6int of pickup to point of delivery. $350,00 for the first hour and $75.00 for each additional hour on an as -available, first -request, first-served basis. "(b) In addition to the established rates, a usual, reasonable, and customary charge for medical supplies and service used or required in connection with emergency and non -emergency transfer service may be made,"' Section 2. That all provisions of the ordinances of the City of Paris, Texas in conflict with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed, and all other provisions of the ordinances of the City of Paris not in conflict with the provisions of this ordinance shall remain in full force and effect,
