Commissioner James O'Bryan commented that traditionally there is a condition put oil the <br />terms of sale, Mr. O'Bryan further stated the seller would possibly have to do more work <br />on advertising and put a contingency upon the sale that states the sale would be completed <br />only upon approval for rezoning from the Planning and Zoning Commission, <br />Motion was made by James O'Bryan, seconded by Keith Flowers to deny the petition. <br />Motion carried 5-1. Chad Lindsey was in opposition, <br />4. (7onsideration (?f and action on the Preliminary Plat oJ'Lots .1 and 2, Block A, MeCoirr <br />Addition, located at 2150 Church S" reel. <br />Carla Easton, City Engineer reviewed the preliminary plat background with <br />commissioners, Mrs. Easton advised the status of issue: The owners have submitted a <br />preliminary and final plat of the property to create lots I and 2 of the McCoin Addition ill <br />order to, build the accessory structure on the back lot. Water and sewer infrastructure is <br />available to the site along Church. Street, and it appears that the plat complies with the City <br />of Paris subdivision regulations, subject to the following, revisions: <br />1. Note: the two zoning districts <br />2. Modify the 10' utility easement across lot 2 to avoid the: existing buildings <br />3. Provide the finished floor elevations for existing and proposed buildings <br />Motion was made by Keith. Flowers, seconded by Mark Pankaj to approve the preliminary <br />plat with the City Engineer's recommendations, Motion carried 6-0. <br />5.
