Section 2. The City of Paris endorses and supports vital military installations <br />throughout the North Central Texas Region. <br />Section 3. The City of Paris endorses and supports joining Forces and its voluntary <br />recommendations for local and state governments as well as military installations to <br />promote compatible development that protects public health, safety, and welfare, and the <br />ability of the military to accomplish its vital training and operational missions. <br />Section 4. The City of Paris supports coordination with communities and other <br />local governments surrounding military installations in North Central Texas, and other <br />study areas to implement compatibility strategies. <br />Section 5.
