Obscene language or gestures, "cat -calling", etc. will not be tolerated. Contractor shall at all times enforce these requirements for all within his Contract by causing said to be brought into conformance or removed frorn the project. 10.4 Contractor warrants that all materials and equipment incorporated in the work will be new unless otherwise specified, and that all work will be of good quality, free from faults and defects, and in conformance with the Contract Documents,, All work not conforming to these requirements shall be considered defective, CONTRACT - 4
