Regular Council Meeting March 12, 2018 Page 2 Kevin Ashmore, 480 S.E. — lie introduced himself and said he was an applicant for the Main Street Advisory Board. He said he grew up in Paris, moved his family home and wanted to get involved in downtown. Consent Agenda Mayor Clifford inquired of Council Members if they wished to pull any items from the consent agenda for discussion. There being none, a Motion to approve the consent agenda was made by Council Member Drake and seconded by Mayor Clifford. Motion carried, 5 ayes -- 0 nays. 5. Approve minutes from the meeting of February 26, 2018. 6. Receive reports and/or minutes fi-om the following boards and commissions: a. Paris- Lamar County Health District (10-16-2017) b. Paris Public Library Advisory Board (12-20-2017) 7. Accept bids and award contracts for the purchase, of roadway materials to the lowest responsible bidder(s) for the twelve-month period beginning April 1, 2018. & Authorize final payment in the amount of $63,843.70, close out the contract with HWH Construction for' construction of the West Paris Multi -Use Trail, and accept irriprovcinents. 9�.
