<br />Robert Talley stated property only has legal description, no physical address.
<br />Owner did not place rubbish on property. Rodney Thomas is responsible for
<br />rubbish on property. Spoke with owner; had no idea Mr. Thomas was on
<br />property. Assured her we .oust wanted to get it cleaned up, she's not in trouble,
<br />but if city cleans up, lien will be placed against property. Have tried to ticket
<br />Mr. Thomas. Owner spoke with Paris Police Dept. to pursue criminal
<br />trespassing against Mr. Thomas. Junk, rubbish, and litter including tires, car
<br />parts, camper shell, and pieces, old lumber, sheet metal, junk motorcycle parts,
<br />toilet, sink, siding, strollers, furniture, air conditioner, toolbox, machinery parts,
<br />ice chest, bicycle parts. Approached Mr, Thomas on 09/08/2017 and issued
<br />violation notice with Paris Police present. As of 11/02/2017, some items had
<br />been removed, but more have been brought in.
<br />Robert Talley's recommendation: Order to remove junk and rubbish
<br />within 30 days, or the city has a right to do so.
<br />Motion was made by Ken Kohis, seconded by Mike Folmar to accept
<br />Robert's recommendation. Motion carried unanimously. 5-0

<br />Owner: Linda. Kay Woods, 11.6 George Wright Homes, Paris TX 75460
<br />Robert Talley stated not spoken with property owner, but Fire Marshal has,
<br />Total burn -out; not salvageable. Roof collapsed.
<br />Robert Talley's recommendation: Declare a nuisance, den'to within 30 days,
<br />or the city has a right to do so.

<br />and stopped numerous times. Have seen no work for over a month. Appears
<br />trying to wrap building in metal over existing siding. Appear to be trying to
<br />expand front porch. Start of metal root'structure over part of existing roof,
