Motion carried 4-0. <br />3. Public hearing to consider qfand take action on the I)elilion ol'Kenneth Adams, on Lot 30, <br />City Block 197, being located at 1838 ,Waj)le Avenue. <br />'The petition requests two (2) variances as 17ollows: <br />A. A variance of Section 9-102 (1) of the Zoning Ordinance which provides as follows: <br />9-102 (1): <br />(1) Schedule nfininninz loo areas- Residential districts in squareftel. <br />SF -2 mininium lot area- 7,500 SF <br />The applicant is proposing to construct a home at 1838 Maple Avenue. This property does not <br />meet the schedule minimus n lot area of 7,500 SF. The applicant is requesting a variance of <br />seventy-five (75) square feet to allow the construction of a home on a 7,425 SF lot. <br />B. A variance of Section 9-200 (1) ofthe Zoning Ordinance which provides as follows: <br />9-200 (1): <br />(1) Schedule mininnim lot widths- Residential districts, <br />SF -2 ininirrium lot width- 60ft <br />
