Robert Talley stated owner is present. Case deals with junk and rubbish; <br />structure is OK at this point. Junk vehicles and parts. Brush and litter. As of <br />today, vehicles have been moved by owner, Spoke today with owner; fie will <br />continue to clean tip and remove brush, Owner was unaware of condition of <br />property, <br />Robert Talley's recommendation: Declare a nuisance. All junk, rubbish, <br />and brush be removed within 60 days or city has the right to do so. Owner <br />is in agreement with this recommendation.
