Front porch beginning to collapse. <br />Carport beginning to collapse; holes in roof, Wood rotted and deteriorated. <br />Unsecure; front door wont close due to foundation damage. <br />Have discussed options, with owner, and agreed recommendation below is best <br />option, <br />Robert Talley's recommendation: Demo of carport and repair of front <br />porch and foundation within 90 days, or back to BSC. <br />Carol Rooks, 2025 Bella Vista, Paris TX Property belonged to parents, who are <br />both deceased. Wanted to sell property, but brother wanted to work on it. <br />Brother is now passed away, and didn't realize how bad the property had gotten. <br />Carport condition is recent. Inside is still in good condition. Had signed right of entry to demo, went to HPC, <br />and right of entry has expired. <br />Deterioration along front, unsecure, deterioration along roof, foundation damage, <br />bottom plate is damaged in more than I place. Has termite damage. Hole in <br />roof House separating on side due to foundation, <br />Robert Talley's recommendation: Declare a nuisance,, demo house and <br />garage within 30 days or city has the right to do so. <br />Commission questions. <br />Q Will HPC pull the orders again? <br />A Won't go back to I-4PC. <br />
