Motion was made by Ben Vaughan, seconded by Sally MIcEwin to accept <br />Robert Talley's recommendation. Motion carried. 5-0 <br />B. 1953 Pine Bluff; City Block 227-E, Lot 4 <br />Owner: Dario Rodriguez, 4025 Oleander, Paris TX 75462 <br />Robert Talley stated complaint received by phone. Believe owner has recently <br />passed away. Someone signed for certified letter, but signature not legible and <br />no name printed on card. Caller said they had been inside building, but (Talley) <br />wasn't able to gain access, so could not confirm. Deterioration of roof, but no <br />exterior roof holes. Broken windows, but exterior does not justify derno. <br />Robert Talley's recommendation: Repair roof and secure structure within <br />60 days, or back to BSC. <br />Commission questions. <br />Q — Who's going to get notice? <br />A Will still go to owner since it's in his nanie. <br />Motion was made by Mike Folmar, seconded by Ben Vaughan to accept <br />amended recommendation. Motion carried unanimously. 5-0 <br />F. 1249 W Henderson; Full e r,- Dohoney Addition Block A, Lot N PT of 2 <br />Owner: Windel Ray Miles Sr., 1249 W Henderson, Paris TX 75460 <br />Robert Talley stated no contact with owner, Trucks parked beside house, but no <br />answer and no electric service to house. Vehicles don't seem to have been <br />moved. Roof line deteriorated, holes. Missing and deteriorated wood along <br />front porch, carport, and rear of house. <br />Robert Talley's recommendation: Demo within 30 days or city has right to <br />do so. <br />Commission questions. <br />Q What would happen to items on property if house is dernoed? <br />A — Items usually end of disappearing when houses get demoed, <br />Q — Are vehicles on the property? <br />A — Yes, <br />Q — What happens to those vehicles? <br />A — Will work separately with the Code Enforcement officer. <br />Motion was made by Johnny Norris, seconded by Ben Vaughan to accept <br />Robert's recommendation. Motion carried unanimously. 5-0 <br />4. Code Enforcement update., <br />No houses torn down in March, due to, weather. <br />
