The meeting of'the.Planning and Zoning Commi . sst . on was called to order at 5:30 p, m. by <br />.Keith 147ovi,,ers, Chairman, <br />The following members were present: James O'Bryan, Keith Flowers, Rick HUndley, <br />John Lee and Chad Lindsey <br />Also present were Carla Easton, City Engineer; Clyde Crews; Fire Marshal, Triniti <br />Frazier, Community Development Coordinator; and concerned citizens. <br />2. ApI)roval (iftninulesfiroin previous meetings. (Aj.7ril 17, 20.18) <br />Motion was made by John Lee, seconded by Chad Lindsey to approve minutes for the <br />April 17, 2018 meeting. Motion carried 5-0. <br />3. Consideration (lfand action on the Preliminary Plat qfLot 1, Block A, Oak Creek Business <br />Park 1i2, located at 1800 FA4 195. <br />Carla Easton, City Engineer reviewed the preliminary plat background and status of issue <br />with cornmissioners, <br />BACKGROUND: TNC Alliance, LIX, owns part of Lot 1, City Block 319 located at <br />1800 FM 195. The owner desires to realign the cast property boundary, along with an <br />existing utility easement, in order to relocate the existing overhead electric lines and poles. <br />The property is currently zoned Planned Development District (PD). <br />STATUS OF ISSUE: The owner has submitted a preliminary and final plat of the <br />property to realign the lot line. Water and sewer infrastructure is near to the site, and is <br />available for extension to serve a future development. It appears that the plat complies <br />with the City of Paris subdivision regulations. <br />Motion was made by Chad Lindsey, seconded by John Lee to approve the Preliminary Plat. <br />Motion carried 5-0, <br />4. Consideration of and action on the Final Plat ofof 1, Block A, Oak ('reek Business Park <br />9.2, located at 1800 FM 195. <br />
