Carla Easton, City Engineer reviewed the final plat background and status of issue with <br />commissioners. <br />Motion was made by Chad Lindsey, seconded by Keith Flowers to approve the Final Plat. <br />Motion carried 5-0. <br />Cominissioner Mark Pankcy'arrived at 5.,34p. m. <br />5. Considerationqfand action on the Preliminary Plat of "Loll, Block A, Our Lady qI'Victory <br />Catholic Church Parish Addition, located at 3350 Clarksville Street, <br />Carla Easton, City Engineer reviewed the preliminary plat background and status of issue <br />with commissioners. <br />BACKGROUND: Our Lady of Victory Catholic Church owns lots 7 and 8 of City Block <br />311 located at 3350 Clarksville Street. The property is currently zoned Planned <br />Development District (PD -b). The owner is proposing to combine lots 7 and 8 into a <br />single lot and construct a monastery in the future. A site plan has not been -finalized at this <br />time but they are working towards one and this plat will allow them to conSt]'LlCt when they <br />are ready. <br />STATUS OF ISSUE: The owners have submitted a preliminary and final plat of the <br />property to combine lots 7 and 8 into one lot. Water and sewer infrastructure is available <br />to the site, and it appears that the plat complies with the City of Paris subdivision <br />regulations, subject to the following revisions. <br />Motion was made by Keith Flowers, seconded by John Lee to approve the Preliminary <br />Plat. Motion carried 6-0. <br />6 Consideration oJ'and action on the Final Plat of Lot 1, Block A, Our Lady u1` "ictor <br />Catholic Church Parish Addition, located at 3350 Clarks°ville Street <br />Carla Easton, City Engineer reviewed the final plat background and status of issue with <br />commissioners. <br />Motion was made by Rick Hundley, seconded by John Lee to approve the Final Plat with <br />the City Engineer's recommendations: <br />1. Provide a 5' utility easement along the side lot lines for franchise utilities <br />2. Provide a site: plan showing building locations, elevations, access drives, and utility <br />connections <br />
