Section 1. That Section 4 of each of Ordinance No. 2003-023 (Downtown Historical Overlay District,, otherwise known as HD-1); Ordinance No. 2003-045 (The Paris Santa Fe -Frisco Depo Property, otherwise known as HD -3); Ordinance No. 2004-021 (HD -2, Church Street); Ordinance No. 2004-022 (HD -4,714 Graham Street); Ordinance No. 2004-023 (HD -5, 623 6th Street SE); Ordinance No. 2004-024 (HD -6, 1.970 Clarksville St.); Ordinance No. 2004-025 (HD -7, 429 Graham Street; 410, 428, and 440 W. Kaufman Street); Ordinance No. 2004-026 (HD -8, 3'57 W. Kaufman Street); Ordinance No. 2004-031 (HD -9, 625 Washington Street)i; Ordinance No. 2004-032 (HD -10, 1.033 Bonham Street); Ordinance No. 2004-033 (HD -11, 744 3rd Street NW); Ordinance No. 2004-034 (HD -12, 2006 Bonham St.); Ordinance No. 2004-0154 (HD -13, also known as Downtown Historic Overlay District No. 2, 561 Clarksville Street); Ordinance No. 20015-,0164 (HD -14,546 Pine Bluff Street),; Ordinance No. 2007-025 (HD -1.5, 418 W. Washington St.); Ordinance No. 2012-031 (726 W. Sherman St., otherwise known as HD -16); and Ordinance No. 2014-016 (60 Sycamore St., otherwise known as HD, -17) is hereby amended to read as follows in its entirety: "Section 4,. That the City's Historic Preservation Ordinance, Article VII, Chapter 7, City of Paris Code of Ordinances as may be from time to time hereinafter amended; the City's Design Standards for Historic Districts in the City of Paris as amended and as may be from time to time hereinafter amended; and the Secretary of the Interior's Standards for the, Treatment of Historic Properties as may be from time to time hereinafter amended, are incorporated herein by reference and shall apply to the property encompassing the Historic Overlay District created by this ordinance. A copy of the City's Design Standards for Historic Districts as amended through June 11, 2018 is attached hereto as Exhibit A and is incorporated by reference as if fully set forth herein." Section 2. Penalty Clause. That any person violating any provision of this ordinance shall be guilty of a Misdemeanor, and upon conviction, shall be subject to a fine in accordance with provisions of Sec, 1-6 of Chapter One of the City of Paris Code of Ordinances, and each and every day's continuance of any violation of the above enumerated sections shall constitute and be deemed a separate offense. Section 3. Savings Clause. This ordinance shall be cumulative of all provisions of ordinances and of the Code of'Ordinances of the City of Paris, Texas, as amended, except
