<br />That the CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, a municipal corporation, of the County of

<br />Lamar, State of Texas, by and through its Mayor, Eric S. Clifford, duly authorized, for and in

<br />consideration of the sum of Ten and no/l 00 Dollars ($10.00) cash, and other good and valuable
<br />
<br />consideration, in cash, to it in hand paid by LARRY D. DORITY and wife, DENISE J. DORITY,
<br />
<br />the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, have Granted, Sold and Conveyed,
<br />
<br />and by these presents do Grant, Sell and Convey unto the said LARRY D. DORITY and wife,

<br />DENISE J. DORITY, of the County of Lamar, State of Texas, whose mailing address is P. O.

<br />Box 6038, Paris, TX 75461, all that certain tract or parcel of land situated in Lamar County,

<br />Texas, and described as follows:

<br />SITUATED within the corporate limits of the City of Paris, County of
<br />Lamar, State of Texas, being a part of the Hiram Williams Survey #1003, and
<br />being that part of Lot 5, Block "8", Springlake Addition (Plat Book I, Page 89,
<br />Lamar County Plat Records), that lies between the West Boundary Line of 28th
<br />Street NE and the East Boundary Line of N. Collegiate Drive, said lot 5 being
<br />conveyed to the City of Paris by deed from Johnnie Lynn Hollingshead Oats and
<br />Patsy Bernard, dated July 30, 1986, and recorded in Volume 702, Page 26, Deed
<br />Records, Lamar County, Texas, and being more particularly described as follows:
<br />BEGINNING at an iron pin (s) for corner at the Southeast corner of said
<br />Lot 5;
<br />THENCE South 89 Deg. 48 Min. 41 Sec. West along the South Boundary
<br />Line of Lot 5 a distance of 107.6 feet to an iron pin (s) for corner;
<br />THENCE in a Northerly direction along the East Boundary Line of N.
<br />Collegiate Drive around a curve (R= 1100.92', C=North 3 Deg. 50 Min. 59 Sec.
<br />West 60.12 ft.) to the right a distance of 60.13 ft. to an iron pin (s) for corner in
<br />the North Boundary Line of said Lot 5;
<br />THENCE North 89 Deg. 48 Min. 41 Sec. East a distance of 111.69 ft. to
<br />an iron pin (s) for corner at the Northeast corner of said Lot 5;
<br />THENCE South 0 Deg. 02 Min. 43 Sec. West along the West Boundary
<br />Line of 28th Street NE a distance of 60 feet to the place of beginning.

<br />ground by Jim Nelson, Registered Land Surveyor of Texas, on July 1, 1997,
<br />reference being here made to all instruments and records for all necessary
