<br />That the CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, a municipal corporation, of the County of

<br />Lamar, State of Texas, by and through its Mayor, Eric S. Clifford, duly authorized, for and in
<br />
<br />consideration of the sum of Ten and no/lOO Dollars ($10.00) cash, and other good and valuable
<br />
<br />consideration, in cash, to it in hand paid by JERALD N. ENSOR and wife, SHERRY ENSOR,
<br />
<br />the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, have Granted, Sold and Conveyed,
<br />
<br />and by these presents do Grant, Sell and Convey unto the said JERALD N. ENSOR and wife,

<br />SHERRY ENSOR, of the County of Lamar, State of Texas, whose mailing address is 1226 West

<br />Sherman, Paris, TX 7546, all that certain tract or parcel of land situated in Lamar County, Texas,

<br />and described as follows:

<br />SITUATED within the corporate limits of the City of Paris, County of
<br />Lamar, State of Texas, being a part of the Asa Jarman Survey #479, being a lot
<br />conveyed the City of Paris by quit claim deed from Republic Insurance Company,
<br />dated April 8, 1940, and recorded in Volume 257, Page 413, Deed Records,
<br />Lamar County, Texas, being known as Lot 5-A, City Block 130 (plat not on
<br />record), and being more particularly described as follows:
<br />BEGINNING at an iron pin (s) for corner at the Southwest corner of Lot
<br />
<br />5-A;

<br />THENCE North 2 Deg. 02 Min. 35 Sec. West at 138.18 feet passing an
<br />iron pin (s) for reference, and continuing on a total distance of 140.18 feet to a tree
<br />(I) for corner at the Northwest corner of said Lot 5-A;
<br />THENCE North 89 Deg. 48 Min. 30 Sec. East along a chain link fence a
<br />distance of 42.02 feet to a chain link fence post (I) for corner at the Northeast
<br />corner of said Lot 5-A;
<br />THENCE South 2 Deg. 02 Min. 35 Sec. East along a chain link fence a
<br />distance of 140.32 feet to an iron pin (s) for corner at the Southeast corner of said
<br />Lot 5-A;
<br />THENCE South 89 Deg. 59 Min. 56 Sec. West along the North Boundary
<br />Line of W. Sherman Street a distance of 42.03 feet to the place of beginning.

<br />ground by Jim Nelson, Registered Land Surveyor of Texas, on July 30, 1997,
<br />reference being here made to all instruments and records for all necessary
