Clifford, duly authorized, for and in <br /> <br />consideration of the sum of Ten and no/lOO Dollars ($10.00) cash, and other good and valuable <br /> <br />consideration, in cash, to it in hand paid by JERALD N. West at 138.18 feet passing an <br />iron pin (s) for reference, and continuing on a total distance of 140.18 feet to a tree <br />(I) for corner at the Northwest corner of said Lot 5-A; <br />THENCE North 89 Deg. 48 Min. 30 Sec.
