Main along Booth St. but not in this general vicinity, <br />Mr. Offitt addressed the coin rni ss ioners stating he wants to build a 30x6O shop to detail <br />cars and there is not Curb and gutter anywhere along that street. <br />Commissioner O'Bryan states lie sees there is existing curb and gutter there that is <br />overgrown and not maintained. Mr. Brown has been approved for the ]--Ionic <br />Rehabilitation Assistance program through the Texas Department of Health and <br />Community Affairs. Once an applicant is approved fior the program the house that they <br />currently live in will be demolished and a new brick home constructed oil the property. <br />The Property is Currently zoned Single Family Dwelling District 2 (SF -2), <br />STA'f'US OF ISSUE: 'file owner has submitted a replat of the property. Water and <br />sewer service is available along Bonham Street. It appears that the plat complies with the <br />City of Paris subdivision regulations and zoning ordinance. <br />
