The property iScurrently zoned Two Family Dwelling <br />District (217). <br />STATUS OF ISSUE: The owner has submitted a preliminary plat and a filial plat of tile <br />property. Water and sewer service is available along 5"' NW and Shiloh. A 5 foot <br />right-of-way dedication is required along both 5'a' St NW and Shiloh streets. The lot <br />dimensions do not meet the minimum required by the Zoning Ordinance area regulations <br />for lot depth, lot width, and lot area. Prior to final approval of the lot, the owner should <br />seek a variance for these minimum requirements from the Zoning Board of Adjustment. <br />
