<br />RESOLUTION NO. 96-035 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has requested a right-of-entry <br />at Cox Field Airport in order to survey a new site for the proposed relocation of the existing <br />remote center air/ground communications facility (RCAG), remote communications outlet <br />(RCO) , and direction finder (DF), and it is deemed appropriate that such right-of-entry be <br />granted; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the form of the Right-of-Entry Permit, attached hereto as Exhibit A, <br />should, in all things, be approved, and the Mayor of the City of Paris, Eric S. Clifford, should <br />be authorized to execute the same; NOW, THEREFORE, <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, that the <br />form of the Right-of-Entry Permit, attached hereto as Exhibit A, be, and the same is hereby, <br />approved; and, <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that Eric S. Clifford, Mayor of the City of Paris, be, <br />and he is hereby, authorized and directed to execute, on behalf of the City of Paris, the Right-of- <br />Entry Permit at Cox Field Airport to the Federal Aviation Administration for the purpose of <br />surveying a new site for the proposed relocation of the existing remote center air/ground <br />communications facility (RCAG), remote communications outlet (RCO), and direction finder <br />(DF), upon the terms and conditions and in the form shown in Exhibit A, attached hereto. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />~~~~~~~~ <br />Mattie Cunningham, City Cler <br /> <br />APPROVED A <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />
