<br />BILLY FULLER, being heirs at law of Willie May Lyons, deceased, conveying Lot I, Block 3,

<br />Texas 75460, all that certain tract or parcel of land situated in Lamar County, Texas, and

<br />SITUATED within the corporate limits of the City of Paris, County
<br />of Lamar and State of Texas, a part of the Larkin Rattan Survey, and being
<br />Lot 10, City Block 92, number 714 1st Street N.E.. and described in deed
<br />from W. H. Schaf to 1. D. Johns, dated January 30, 1908, recorded in
<br />Volume 130, page 13, Deed Records, Lamar County, Texas, being the same
<br />property conveyed to Marie Brembry, devisee of Joe Johns, Probate Case
<br />No. 8232, and conveyed to C. J. Smith and Kenneth Ray Finnie, devisees of
<br />Marie Brembry, Probate Case No. 11403, Lamar County Probate Court,
<br />being the same property conveyed to the City of Paris by C. 1. Smith and
<br />Shirley Ann Finnie, heir at law of Kenneth Ray Finnie, deceased, and being
<br />more particularly described as follows:
<br />BEGINNING at the Southwest corner of a lot conveyed by S. W. and
<br />Alice Beardsley to W. H. Schaf by deed recorded in Deed Book 84, Page
<br />218, Lamar County Deed Records;
<br />THENCE North with the East line of Rusk Street a distance of 50 feet
<br />to the Southwest corner of a lot conveyed by W. H. Schaf to Jack Murphy;
<br />THENCE East a distance of 120 feet to Church Street;
<br />THENCE South a distance of 50 feet to a stake;
<br />THENCE West a distance of 120 feet to the place of beginning.
