The recipient agrees to submit its corrective action plan <br />with the audit report to the DOJ Regional Inspector General <br />for Audit, when there are findings/recommendations disclosed <br />in the audit report. The corrective action plan should <br />include: (1) specific steps taken to comply with the <br />recommendations; (2) timetable for performance and/or <br />implementation date for each recommendation; and (3) <br />description of monitoring to be conducted to ensure <br />implementation. <br /> <br />4. The recipient shall submit one copy of all reports and <br />proposed publications resulting from this agreement twenty <br />(20) days prior to public release. Any publications <br />(written, visual, or sound), whether published at the <br />recipient's or government's expense, shall contain the <br />following statement: (NOTE: This excludes press releases, <br />newsletters, and issue analyses.) <br /> <br />"This project was supported by Grant No. 96-LB-VX-ll07 <br />awarded by the Bureau of Justice Assistance, Office of <br />Justice Programs, U.S. Department of Justice. Points of <br />view in this document are those of the author and do not <br />necessarily represent the official position or policies of <br />the U.S. Department of Justice." <br /> <br />5. The recipient agrees to provide information required for the <br />evaluation or assessment of any activities within this <br />project. <br /> <br />6. The recipient agrees to provide $12,167 over the grant <br />period in a cash match. The recipient is reminded that the <br />match funds are auditable under Special Condition #2 and <br />will be binding to the recipient. <br /> <br />7. The recipient agrees to submit, at a minimum, semi-annual <br />reports on its programmatic activities. The first <br />programmatic report will be due on January 30, 1997, <br />covering the period of October - December, 1996. The next <br />report will be due on July 31, 1997 and cover the period of <br />January - June, 1997. The next report should cover the next <br />six month period and is due thirty (30) days after the end <br />of the six month period for the life of the grant.
