Call meeting to order -Chairman 4:00 P.M. <br />2. The January 9, 2018 meeting minutes were approved by acclamation. <br />3. Lucy Funk and David Wensel presented their plans for the renovation of the rear of the <br />property located at 125 Lamar Ave. The owners presented a drawing of the proposed design. <br />The plans are as follows: 1. New wooden framed double doors to replace the existing metal <br />doors in opening. 2. New wood frame transom window matching historic mullion and <br />mutton, 3. Wood frame single hung wooden windows on bottom floor next to door, 4. Two <br />over two pane single hung wooden or aluminum clad wooden windows on second floor <br />opening (5 total), and 5. Addition of a small metal canopy going over the entry door. After a <br />few questions & clarifications on how many windows were being replaced in the remodel <br />and type of materials used, Commissioner Dux called for a motion to approve. A motions <br />was made by Commissioner Coyle to approve the renovation, seconded by Commissioner <br />Lazar, motion carried unanimously. <br />The commission convened to front of council chambers at 4:15 p.m. to take a picture and <br />present Lucy Funk and Dave Wensel with a $2, 500 faVade grant for the remodel of the front <br />fagade of property located at 125 Lamar Commission reconvened at 4:17 p.m. <br />
