Trees are being moved and burned at the site. Currently they are moving utilities to the city specifications. • Demolition Preparation — Once the bids for the asbestos demolition are evaluated, it will take about 30 to 45 days for the work to be completed. As soon as the asbestos demolition starts we will request bids for demolition of the Superior Switch building, removing the Superior Switch slab, removing the Oliver Rubber slab and the building materials from the small building on the site, and lastly, we want to remove all the trash. After that is complete we want to make a respectable grade to the property. The trees on the sites will be handled by HWH and American. • Rail Progress — Wednesday there is a phone meeting between executives of Kiamichi and Genesee Wyoming. Discussion will be about the Master Agreement, preparation of the rail from 19t' Street eastward to the switch by Huhtamaki. We are working on a proposal for Kiamichi to manage this process for us. Environmental Progress — The PEDC and American SpiralWeld Pipe are on the application with TECQ for the Phase II work on the Superior Switch and Oliver Rubber property. We are working with TECQ on the Volunteer Cleanup Program (VCP). Phase III of the Master Agreement is the Wetlands. We are preparing the application to the Tulsa Corp of Engineers.
