Trees are being moved and burned at the site. <br />Currently they are moving utilities to the city specifications. <br />• Demolition Preparation — Once the bids for the asbestos demolition are evaluated, it will take <br />about 30 to 45 days for the work to be completed. As soon as the asbestos demolition starts we <br />will request bids for demolition of the Superior Switch building, removing the Superior Switch <br />slab, removing the Oliver Rubber slab and the building materials from the small building on the <br />site, and lastly, we want to remove all the trash. After that is complete we want to make a <br />respectable grade to the property. The trees on the sites will be handled by HWH and American. <br />• Rail Progress — Wednesday there is a phone meeting between executives of Kiamichi and <br />Genesee Wyoming. Discussion will be about the Master Agreement, preparation of the rail from <br />19t' Street eastward to the switch by Huhtamaki. We are working on a proposal for Kiamichi to <br />manage this process for us. <br />Environmental Progress — The PEDC and American SpiralWeld Pipe are on the application <br />with TECQ for the Phase II work on the Superior Switch and Oliver Rubber property. We are <br />working with TECQ on the Volunteer Cleanup Program (VCP). Phase III of the Master <br />Agreement is the Wetlands. We are preparing the application to the Tulsa Corp of Engineers. <br />Convene into Executive Session: <br />1) Pursuant to Section 551.087 of the Texas Government Code to (1) discuss or deliberate <br />regarding commercial or financial information that the governmental body has received <br />from a business prospect that the governmental body seeks to have locate, stay, or <br />expand in or near the territory of the governmental body and with which the <br />governmental body is conducting economic development negotiations; or (2) to <br />deliberate the offer of a financial or other incentive to a business prospect described by <br />Subdivision (1), to wit: <br />• Project Pine Tree <br />• Huhtamaki <br />Chairman Manning convened the Board into Executive Session at 4:55 p.m. <br />
