Meyers states the only discussion he has is that an individual has <br />approached him asking if the city accepted bids for the fuel contract and the FBO. He states <br />this individuals concern was that we don't have competitive fuel prices here at Cox Field <br />when you look at surrounding communities. The event time has been shortened. The city budget for this event is $ l lk & we need <br />about $19k in donations. Godwin states we will need volunteers to work the event. <br />Godwin advised the hot air balloon/concert group is looking for a permanent venue location <br />and want to come to Cox Field. They are looking to do some sort of ground lease. <br />12.
