Motion was made by James O'Bryan, seconded by Chad Lindsey to approve modifying <br />allowable uses in Commercial and General Retail zoning districts as provided with changes <br />discussed. Motion carried 5-0. <br />4. Public hearing to consider and take action regarding the petition of the City of Paris, Texas <br />to update Zoning Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Texas, specifically an <br />amendment providing for buffering and screening between land uses and intensities. <br />Godwin reviewed and discussed amendment to provide buffering and screening between <br />land uses and intensities with members. <br />O'Bryan comments were that he likes the general idea but he would like to see some less <br />intense wording or maybe some ranges. <br />Public hearing was declared open. With no one speaking public hearing was declared <br />closed. <br />Motion was made by Chad Lindsey, seconded by James O'Bryan to approve amendment <br />providing buffering and screening between land uses and intensities. Motion carried 5-0. <br />5. Consideration of and action on the Final Plat of Lots 35, 36, 37, 38, 39, Block A of the <br />Stone Ridge Phase 9 Addition, being located in the 4600 Block of Boulder Ln. <br />Easton reviewed the final plat with members stating the developer Mark Cunningham has <br />completed the necessary infrastructure improvements associated with the project, which <br />include approximately 400' of concrete street extension of Boulder Lane, 400' of PVC <br />waterline extension and approximately 200' of sanitary sewer. It appears that the final <br />plat complies with the City of Paris subdivision regulations and she recommends the <br />approval of the Final Plat. <br />Motion was made by Keith Flowers, seconded by John Lee to approve the Final Plat. <br />Motion carried 5-0. <br />6.
