Commissioner Enimite seconded the motion, unanimous. <br />4. The conimission reviewed the list of structures with Code Enforcement violations located at <br />A. 430 NW 14"', B. 715 E Cherry C. 705 E Cherry. D, 1131 NW 14 Ih , E. 690 NE 33", ST, <br />Chairnian Dux noted the property address listed as itern E. didn't appear to coincide with the <br />photo provided, so further information verification will be needed by Code Enforcement, <br />Commissioner Dux explained that although the address might be wrong, the structure in the <br />picture would not be of any historical significance to the commission. A motion was made by <br />Commissioner Emmite deten-nining these structures cannot be rehabilitated and designated <br />on the National Register of Historic Places, as a recorded Texas Historic Landmark, or as <br />historic property as designated by the City Council of the City of Paris, seconded by <br />Corm-nissioner Hider, unarm nous. <br />Updates on Preservation Activity -Commissioner Coyle was not available to make any <br />updates <br />Commissioner Hider gave an update on the Historic Preservation meet and greet. He felt <br />everything was ready except settling on a location, date and time. Commissioner Errunite <br />recommended the meeting be inside the Council Chambers, and on a Sunday afternoon. The <br />postcard invite will need to be prepared and sent 2 weeks out, Commissioner Hider said he <br />would get with Chen Bedford, and set up a date and time, and it will be a Sunday at 4:00 <br />p.m. <br />7. A copy of minor COA issued in house was provided to the commission and Paige Edwards <br />directed the: Commission to call Chen if they had any questions. Commissioner Dux noted <br />that he did meet with Carl Harcrow to help hire select appropriate glass for his project on <br />Bonham. The cornmission had no further questions, <br />S.
