Discussion: <br />No one living in the structure. <br />Motion made by Sally McEwin, seconded by Ben Vaughan to accept Robert <br />Talley's recommendation. Motion carried unanimously. 4-0 <br />B. 705 E Cherry; City Block 64-A, Lot 7 <br />Owner: Arnelle Camster, 715 E Cherry, Paris TX 75460 <br />Robert Talley stated owner is deceased, no living relatives. Lot not being <br />maintained; yard overgrown. Holes in roof from tree. Carport has collapsed as <br />has breezeway. Unsecure. Roof damage inside. Shed in back is leaning and <br />sinking into ground. <br />Robert Talley's recommendation: Declare a nuisance, demo within 30 days, or <br />city has right to do so. <br />Motion made by Johnny Norris, seconded by Sally McEwin to accept Robert <br />Talley's recommendation. Total burn -out inside. Unsecure. <br />Robert Talley's recommendation: Declare a nuisance, demo within 30 days, or <br />city has right to do so. <br />
