Masonite beginning to bow and rot at bottom. <br />Beginning to sink into ground. <br />Robert Talley's recommendation: Repair siding and foundation to the <br />satisfaction of the City of Paris Building Dept. within 60 days or back to BSC. <br />Discussion: <br />Cannot require owner to paint. <br />In discussion with Building Official to loop him into the repair orders of structures <br />issued by BSC. <br />Motion was made by Johnny Norris, seconded by Ben Vaughan to accept <br />Robert Talley's recommendation.
