JAMES W. SMITH & EDWARD LEE WHITE PROPERTY EASEMENT FOR WATERLINE PUMP STATION PROJECT NO. 92WSRBOl-93 30 FOOT PERMANENT EASEMENT: SITUATED within the corporate limits of the City of Paris, County of Lamar and State of Texas, a part of the Redding Russell Survey survey, and being Lot 4, City Block 298, described in deed from BASECO, Inc. to James W. Smith and Edward Lee White, dated May 22, 1990, recorded in Volume 158, Page 20, Real Property Records, Lamar County, Texas, and being more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at the easterly most northeast corner of the third tract conveyed to the City of Paris by Hettie Smith as recorded in Volume 359, page 117, Deed Records, Lamar County, Texas; THENCE along the north boundary line of said third tract a distance of 436.43 feet more or less to a point in the east side of an existing 30 foot permanent easement to the principal point of beginning; THENCE in a northerly direction, parallel and contiguous to the east side of said existing 30 foot permanent easement, a distance of 701 feet to a point in the north boundary line of said lot 4, same being the south boundary line of a 14.798 acre tract conveyed to Joseph Campbell Company, Book 360, page 100, Deed Records, Lamar County, Texas; THENCE east along the north boundary line of said lot 4, a distance of 30 feet to a point; THENCE in a southerly direction parallel to the west boundary of the above described easement, a distance of 705 feet, more or less to point in the south boundary line of Lot 4, same being the nor th boundary line of said third tract; THENCE westerly along the north boundary line of said third tract a distance of 30 feet more or less to the point of beginning and containing 0.484 acres of land, more or less, TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION EASEMENT described as follows: BEING a strip of land fifty (50) feet in width located in the Redding Russell Survey, Lamar County, Texas, and being over, under and across the tract of land conveyed to James W. Smith and Edward Lee White by deed recorded in Book 158, Volume 20, Real Property Records, of said County and State; said fifty (50) foot temporary easement being 50 feet east of the east boundary line of said permanent easement.
