<br />3,7. RelocatiM, Reulaccment or Modification of EQuipment at 11J Electric's
<br />Reou<-St. Upon wrinen notice from TU Electric, City, at its o;pense and within the pe.-iod
<br />apccified in the notice (which will not be Jess than fift= (15) days), will replace, relocate or
<br />modify all or any portion of the Equipmenl on Distribution Poles that TU Electric :reasonably
<br />Iequests in such notice. lnslead of performing that work, City, in the exercise of its IoOle
<br />discretion and in aceordance with the pro\;sions of Sections 5.1 and 5.6 , may remove all the
<br />Equipment on the Distribution Poles in question within the time period specified in the nolke,
