• Destination Development Series: Sidewalk Dining Dos and Don'ts webinar will be shown 10:30 AM, August 21, <br />2019. <br />• Festival of Pumpkin will be held October 26, 2019 in Bywaters Park. Volunteers are needed to work on <br />entertainment, contests, kids' games and other ideas. <br />• Jill Awtrey will be the volunteer coordinator again this year for Mannequin Night scheduled for October 19, 2019. <br />She will be seeking volunteers for the event. <br />• Christmas tree lighting will be November 23, 2019 on the Plaza. Ideas are needed to make it bigger and better. <br />• Hatch Chile Fest is scheduled for August 31, 2019 at Market Square. Volunteer opportunities are listed on the <br />Market Square FaceBook page. <br />• Small Business Saturday Neighborhood Champion Campaign — Scheduled for the Saturday after Thanksgiving. <br />• Gina Crawford from the Lamar County Chamber of Commerce reported that the Tour de Paris was very <br />successful and had 1,032 riders this year. <br />7.
