CONFERENCE ROOM <br />PARISH TEXAS <br />TUESDAY JUNE 18 2019 <br />12:00 O'CLOCK P.M. <br />1. The Board of Adjustment meeting was called to order by David Hamilton, <br />Chairman at 12: 00 p.m. <br />The following members were present: David Hamilton, Brady Fisher, <br />Benny Plata and Louise Hagood <br />Also present was John Ankrum and concerned citizens. <br />2. Approval of minutes from previous meetings. (January 8, 2019 and June 4, <br />2019) <br />Motion was made by Brady Fisher, seconded by Benny Plata to approve minutes for <br />both January 8' and June 4th, 2019 meetings. Motion carried 4-0. <br />3. Public hearing to consider and take action on the petition of Roger Powell, <br />on behalf of John House on Lots S-A & S -B, City Block 186, being located at 430 E <br />Price Street. <br />The petition requested a variance of Section 9-301 (2) of the Zoning Ordinance <br />which provides as follows: <br />(2) Schedule of minimum lot depths- Nonresidential districts <br />Minimum Depth of Lot in Feet for Residential Uses: Central Area- 100ft <br />The lot in question is zoned as Central Area and the applicant is requesting a variance <br />in lot depth of 25.03ft to allow recipient of rear portion of yard to construct a <br />building. <br />Public hearing was declared open. <br />
