<br />GENERAL CONDITIONS <br /> <br />1, Submissions: Bids must be submitted on the form provided in the <br />bid documents and signed by an authorized representative of the <br />bidder. Bids shall reflect the bidder's turnkey price, <br /> <br />2. Bidder Qualifications: A bidder shall be able to demonstrate <br />technical ability, financial responsibility, and successful <br />experience in providing like services in similar environments. <br /> <br />3. Time Frame: The project start shall be approved by the Parks <br />Director, Prior to the start, certain drainage work must be <br />completed by owner, Following this work, the bidder shall have 30 <br />calendar days to complete the project, with allowance for adverse <br />weather or temperatures, <br /> <br />4. Award of Bids: The City reserves the right to accept or reject <br />any or all bids. In addition to the bid price, the following <br />factors may be considered in the bid award: <br /> <br />a, Bidder's qualifications <br />b, Bidders conformance to conditions and specifications <br /> <br />5. Existing fencing shall be removed by the owner prior to the <br />asphalt overlay project beginning, <br /> <br />6, CLEANING: Upon completion of work, the contractor shall clean <br />in and around the worksite, remove unused material and leave the <br />premises neat and clean, <br /> <br />7. GUARANTEE: All work and material shall be guaranteed free from <br />defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from <br />the final completion date, <br />
