Approve RESOLUTION NO. 2019-033: A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />OF THE CITY OF PARIS, TEXAS, APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE <br />EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT WITH THE TEXAS DEPARTMENT OF <br />TRANSPORTATION (TxDOT) FOR THE TEMPORARY CLOSURE OF STATE <br />RIGHT-OF-WAY IN SUPPORT OF THE 2019, 2020 AND 2021 FESTIVALS OF <br />PUMPKINS; MAKING OTHER FINDINGS AND PROVISIONS RELATED TO THE <br />SUBJECT; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />Regular A enda <br />Mayor Clifford said if there were no objections, he would like to move item 14 up on the <br />agenda. Discuss, conduct a public hearing, and act on ORDINANCE NO. 2109-033: AN <br />ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, TEXAS, <br />AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710 OF THE CITY OF PARIS, TEXAS, <br />AS HERETOFORE AMENDED, SO AS TO REZONE LOT 23, CITY BLOCK 4, IN <br />THE MAYER ADDITION, LOCATED AT 3206 BONHAM STREET, IN THE CITY <br />OF PARIS, LAMAR COUNTY, TEXAS, FROM A TWO-FAMILY DWELLING <br />DISTRICT (217) TO AN OFFICE DISTRICT (0); DIRECTING A CHANGE <br />ACCORDINGLY IN THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP OF THE CITY; PROVIDING A <br />REPEALER CLAUSE, A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE, A SAVINGS CLAUSE, A <br />PENALTY CLAUSE; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />
