5. Consideration of and action on the Final Plat of Lot 1, Block of the Southwest Estates <br />Phase I CB156 Addition, being located in the 800 Block of SW 3rd Street. <br />Easton states this is same item for Final Plat and staff recommends approval with noted <br />revision. <br />Motion was made by Keith Flowers, seconded by Chad Lindsey to approve the Final Plat <br />with noted revision. Motion carried 6-0. <br />6. Consideration of and action on the Preliminary Plat of Lot 1, Block of the Southwest <br />Estates Phase II CBI 19 Addition, being located in the 300 Block of SW 4th Street. <br />Easton states the owner has submitted a preliminary and final plat of the property. Water <br />and sewer service is available along 4th Street SW. It appears that the plat complies with <br />the City of Paris subdivision regulations. The required building line is 10' along the side <br />yard for MF -1 development. Staff recommends approval with the noted revision. <br />Motion was made by Keith Flowers, seconded by Rick Hundley to approve the <br />Preliminary Plat with noted revision. Motion carried 6-0. <br />7. Consideration of and action on the Final Plat of Lot 1, Block A of the Southwest Estates <br />Phase II CB119 Addition, being located in the 300 Block of SW 4th Street. <br />Easton states this is same item for Final Plat and staff recommends approval with noted <br />revision. <br />Motion was made by Rick Hundley, seconded by James O'Bryan to approve the Final <br />Plat with noted revision. Motion carried 6-0. <br />8. Consideration of and action on the Preliminary Plat of Lot 1, Block A of the CEFCO <br />North Addition, being located in the 2500 Block of N Main Street. <br />Easton states the owner has submitted a preliminary plat of the property. Water and sewer <br />utilities are available to the site, and access to the public street is available but subject to <br />final approval by TxDOT. It appears that the plat complies with the City of Paris <br />subdivision regulations subject to the following revisions: <br />1. Note the proposed detention pond area as reserved for said purpose <br />2. Identify existing drainage and utility easements along the frontage <br />3. Provide proposed building location and finished floor elevation <br />4. Extend the fire lane/access easement across the frontage <br />5. Define and show the required Oncor utility easements needed for relocation <br />
