Staff recommends approval of the preliminary plat with noted revisions. <br />Motion was made by Rick Hundley, seconded by Sims Norment to approve the <br />Preliminary Plat with noted revisions. Motion carried 6-0. <br />9. Consideration of and action on the Preliminary Plat of Lots I and 2, Block A of the <br />CEFCO South Addition, being located in the 2900 Block of S Church Street. <br />Easton states the owner has submitted a preliminary plat of the property. Water is <br />available along 7`h SW. A sanitary sewer main must be extended by the developer to <br />serve the lot. Access to the public street is available but subject to final approval by <br />TxDOT. It appears that the plat complies with the City of Paris subdivision regulations, <br />subject to the following revisions: <br />1. Note the zoning district <br />2. Note the proposed detention pond area as reserved for said purpose <br />3. Provide a 20' drainage and utility easement along the frontage <br />4. Provide proposed building location and finished floor elevation <br />5. Extend the fire lane/access easement across the property <br />Staff recommends approval of the preliminary plat with noted revisions. <br />Motion was made by Keith Flowers, seconded by James O'Bryan to approve the <br />Preliminary Plat with noted revisions.
