No one came forward and the Citizen's <br />Input was closed. <br />Discuss and ossibl a grove Minutes ofthe Se Member 17 2019 Monthly Meeting. <br />Mr. Hernandez asked if there were any changes to the minutes. Mr. Pankaj made a motion to approve the <br />minutes as presented. Mr. Hamill seconded the motion. Vote was 4 -ayes to 0 -nays. <br />Discuss and possibly apj2Kove September 2019 Financials. <br />Mr. Pankaj pointed to the Cash Out report and stated that everything looked in order. He went on to Marketing <br />and Promotions where a couple of marketing trips were taken in September. New Industry Projects shows GHD <br />Services being paid for the finalization of the demo. The PEDC total expenses for September were $59,370.75. <br />With our expenses taken out, our total cash for the month is $4,212,806.13. Mr. Pankaj did mention that he <br />
