City Council & PEDC Board <br />Special Meeting Minutes <br />November 14, 2019 <br />Page 2 of 2 <br />Reconvene into 4 )en Session and ossibl take action on items discussed in Executive Session, <br />Mayor Clifford and Chairman Hernandez reconvened the Board into open session at 6:20 p.m. <br />Dr. Hashmi made a motion to offer the company, Project Rainwater Falls, an incentive package as discussed in the <br />Executive Session with the changes that were discussed and send it to the City Council for formal approval. Mr. <br />Pankaj seconded the motion. The PEDC Board vote was 5 -ayes to 0 -nays. <br />Mayor Clifford stated that the City Council is in session. Mayor Clifford made a motion for the Council to approve <br />the incentive package as described by Dr. Hashmi, so the Council will give their approval to it. Ms. Portugal <br />seconded the motion. The City Council vote was 5 -ayes to 0 -nays. <br />Ad urn <br />Dr. Hashmi made a motion to adjourn. Mr. Pankaj seconded the motion.
