<br />LEASE AGREEMENT <br /> <br />STATE OF TEXAS <br /> <br />~ <br />~ <br />~ <br /> <br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: <br /> <br />COUNTY OF LAMAR <br /> <br />THIS AGREEMENT MADE AND ENTERED INTO this 9th day of <br /> <br />March, 1992, by and between the CITY OF PARIS, a municipal <br />corporation, acting by and through its Mayor duly authorized, <br /> <br />hereinafter referred to as LESSOR, and RED RIVER VALLEY GIRL <br /> <br />SCOUT COUNCIL OF TEXAS, a corporation, acting by and through <br /> <br />its President duly authorized, hereinafter referred to as <br /> <br />LESSEE, WITNESSETH: <br /> <br />That the said LESSOR does by these presents lease and <br /> <br />demise unto the said LESSEE the following described property, <br /> <br />to-wit: <br /> <br />Lying and being situated in the County of <br />Lamar and State of Texas, and being a part and <br />portion of Lake Gibbons and the property owned by <br />the Ci ty of Par is and known as the Lake Gibbons <br />property, being the following described part and <br />portion of said Lake Gibbons property, to-wit: <br />BEGINNING at the most Eastern Southeast corner <br />of said Lake Gibbons property; <br />THENCE Westerly with the boundaries of said <br />Lake Gibbons property to the Northwest corner of <br />the Hathaway property; <br />THENCE North 35 Deg. West across said lake and <br />lake property approximately 3345 feet to a point on <br />the North Boundary Line of said property, said <br />point being West end of the most Northerly boundary <br />line; <br />THENCE Southeasterly with the meanders of the <br />present boundaries of said property to the place of <br />beginning. <br /> <br />for a term of five (5) years from the date of this agreement, <br /> <br />with an option to renew said lease at the expiration of the <br /> <br />primary term, for an additional period of five (5) years by <br />giving notice in writing of the intention of LESSEE to renew <br />said lease thirty (30) days prior to the expiration of the <br /> <br />.........~Tn.,....\1 #-.0..."" nf 00;,1 1iPt:lC,H:lo_ r() hp ()(,(",11nipn ::Inn llR.en for the <br />
