13 - Seniority Pay for Sergeant, Lieutenant, Captain & Assistant Chief

a. For Lieutenants with less than two (2) years of service and less than four (4) years of service - One hundred seventy-one dollars and fifty-four cents ($171.54) per pay period. b. For Lieutenants with four (4) years or more of service and less than eight (8) - Two hundred six dollars and sixty-eight cents ($208.68) per pay period. C. For Lieutenants with eight (8) years or more of service- Two hundred sixty four dollars and thirty five cents ($264.35) per pay period.
