• Christmas tree lighting activities are scheduled for 4-8 PM, November 23, 2019 on the Plaza. Main Street will sell <br />hot chocolate at the event. Live reindeer, Santa, music and caroling will be featured during the evening. <br />• Small Business Saturday is November 30" <br />• Kari Daniel reported on the 10th Annual Christmas Parade sponsored by PDA. The parade is scheduled for <br />downtown at 6 PM, December 7t1i. Patsy and Norm Davis will be the Grand Marshals this year. Registration for <br />parade floats is currently open online. <br />• City workers are currently installing Christmas lights in the trees around the Plaza. Prime Time members made <br />forty lighted Christmas bails that will hang in the Plaza trees. Paris High School Ag Department made some large <br />metal rings for extra lighting around the fountain. Peoples Bank and PDA plan to donate money to buy new garland <br />for the big tree. Kari Daniel volunteered to form a committee to raise funds and work with the Parks Department <br />next year to get more lights and decorations around the Plaza. <br />9. Kari Daniel made a motion to adjourn, second by John Brazile, motion carried.
