<br />PROJECT SUMMARY <br /> <br />A project narrative summary shall be provided adequately describing the nature <br />and scope of the project. The following information is provided to assist <br />applicants to prepare the Project Summary. Questions are listed per eligible <br />activity category. If you are applying for an infrastructure activity not covered in <br />this section, please contact the Ark-Tex Council of Governments Director of <br />Program Operations for additional guidance. <br /> <br />Wastewater Imorovements <br />When were the treatment units constructed? <br /> <br />If Iinework is involved, when was the affected line(s) installed? What is the <br />diameter of the affected line(s)? What is the material type of the affected line(s)? <br />Has the line been cleaned or TVed in the past? If so, when? <br /> <br />What is the design flow and/or population capacity for the existing facility? <br /> <br />What is the present average daily flow? <br /> <br />Is the treatment plant currently meeting its discharge (permit) parameters? <br /> <br />Will any increase in users be within the capacity of the existing discharge permit? <br /> <br />Is any acquisition of real property (including easements and rights-of-way) needed? <br /> <br />Are there any special assessments, including service connection costs and fees <br />involved? <br /> <br />Water Imorovements <br /> <br />When was the treatment facility constructed? <br /> <br />If Iinework is involved, when was the affected line(s) installed? What is the <br />diameters of the affected line(s)? What is the material type of the affected line(s)? <br />has the line been cleaned or TVed in the past? If so, when? <br /> <br />What is the design population capacity for the existing facility? <br /> <br />What is the water source for the system? <br /> <br />What is the average daily and peak time, demands for the jurisdiction? <br /> <br />Are any of the capacity/pressure improvements (such as looping or gate valves) <br />primarily for fire protection? Are hydrants included? <br /> <br />Is any acquisition of real property (including easements and rights-of-way) needed? <br /> <br />Are there any special assessments, including service connection costs and fees <br />involved? <br /> <br />18 <br />
