Briefly describe. <br />If new construction is proposed, what adjacent development is occurring? <br />If added capacity is in the form of new lanes, what kind of traffic study/plan <br />determined the need for the lanes? <br /> <br />If an upgrade in surface quality, was poor drainage a contributing factor in the lack <br />of serviceability of the street/road? <br /> <br />What is the current condition of the roadway? (Describe the surface materials, <br />base materials and widths of the roadways.) <br /> <br />Is any acquisition of real property (including easements and rights-of-way) needed? <br /> <br />Are there any special assessments, including service connection costs and fees <br />involved? <br /> <br />What is the current load limit for a road? <br /> <br />Who currently maintains the road? <br /> <br />Railroad Sours <br /> <br />Which railroad currently owns the track that the spur will connect with?
