<br />WHEREAS, extraordinary ineasures must be taken to contain COVID-
<br />19 and prevent its spread thrzughout the City of Paris; and

<br />the City, of Paris, Texas, issued arm eclaration of Local Disaster for Public Health
<br />Emergency and accompan, ing Order (the "Dectaration and Order") designed o t

<br />WHEREAS, on the same date, Lamar County issued its own, 41eclaration
<br />of' disaster arid order, and thereafter, by action of the Lamar County
<br />Commissioners Court on Monday, March 23, 2020, extended said order for, an
<br />additional 30 days; and
<br />WHEREAS, on March 24,2020, the Laynar Cojjnt.yr Commissioners Court
