Motion carried 5-0. <br />12. Consideration of and action on the Final Plat of Lots 1, 2 and 3, Block A of the American <br />Spiral Weld CR355 Addition, LCAD Parcels 18623, 18627, 124273, 18921, 18923, 20972 <br />and 115909, located in the 2700 Block of J Eagan St (Formerly 2600 Block of Park St.) <br />Easton states this is the same plat with same comments. <br />Motion was made by Francine Neeley, seconded by Clifton Fendley to approve the final <br />plat. Motion carried 5-0. <br />13. Consideration of and action on the Preliminary Plat of Lots 1 and 2, Block A of the CFA <br />Paris Addition, LCAD Parcels 18452 and 18456, located in the 3400 Block of Lamar <br />Ave. <br />Easton states that Ramseur Baptist Church owns 6.71 acres in the 3400 block of Lamar <br />Avenue. They are proposing to subdivide the property into two lots and to develop the <br />east lot as a quick serve restaurant. The lot is currently zoned General Retail (GR). The <br />owner has submitted a preliminary and final plat of the property. Water and sewer service <br />is available to the site along Lamar Ave, and driveway access will be combined with an <br />existing driveway to the Church, as subject to TxDOT approval. It appears that the <br />preliminary and final plats comply with the City of Paris regulations. <br />Motion was made by James O'Bryan, seconded by Sims Nonnent to approve the <br />preliminary plat. Motion carried 5-0. <br />14. Consideration of and action on the Final Plat of Lots I and 2, Block A of the CFA Paris <br />Addition, LCAD Parcels 18452 and 18456, located in the 3400 Block of Lamar Ave. <br />Easton states this is the same plat with same comments. <br />Motion was made by James O'Bryan, seconded by Francine Neeley to approve the final <br />plat. Motion carried 5-0. <br />
