Motion was made by Francine Neeley, seconded by Clifton Fendley to approve the final plat. Motion carried 5-0. 13. Consideration of and action on the Preliminary Plat of Lots 1 and 2, Block A of the CFA Paris Addition, LCAD Parcels 18452 and 18456, located in the 3400 Block of Lamar Ave. Easton states that Ramseur Baptist Church owns 6.71 acres in the 3400 block of Lamar Avenue. They are proposing to subdivide the property into two lots and to develop the east lot as a quick serve restaurant. The lot is currently zoned General Retail (GR). The owner has submitted a preliminary and final plat of the property. Water and sewer service is available to the site along Lamar Ave, and driveway access will be combined with an existing driveway to the Church, as subject to TxDOT approval. It appears that the preliminary and final plats comply with the City of Paris regulations. Motion was made by James O'Bryan, seconded by Sims Nonnent to approve the preliminary plat. Motion carried 5-0. 14. Consideration of and action on the Final Plat of Lots I and 2, Block A of the CFA Paris Addition, LCAD Parcels 18452 and 18456, located in the 3400 Block of Lamar Ave. Easton states this is the same plat with same comments.
