Motion made by Mike Folmar, seconded by Ken Kohls to accept Robert <br />Talley's amended recommendation. Motion carried unanimously. 4-0 <br />C. 743 4th NW; City Block 89, Lot 7 <br />Owner: Roger, Petra & Esli Gonzalez, 1410 Ridgecrest Dr, Plano TX 75074 <br />Robert Talley stated has spoken with owners; agree property needs to be demoed. <br />Live in Plano. Owners boarded up house. Roof deteriorating; multiple holes. <br />Unsecure; back door missing. Holes in siding; foundation damage. <br />Robert Talley's recommendation: Declare a nuisance, demo within 30 days, or <br />city has right to do so. <br />Motion made by Johnny Norris, seconded by Mike Folmar to accept Robert <br />Talley's recommendation. Motion carried unanimously. 4-0 <br />D. 717 411 NW; City Block 89, Lot 8 & 8A <br />Owner: Joyce Freeman, PO Box 1983, Paris TX 75461 <br />Robert Talley stated owner had nothing to do with shed on this property. Resident <br />at 404 W Shiloh built the shed; now in prison.
