Paris Visitors & Convention.Council Board of Directors Meeting <br />Monday, May 18, 2020 <br />Zoom Meeting <br />4:00 pm <br />Members Present: Chadlee Johnston, Brittney Keys, Renee Harvey, Jeff Nutt, Tony Corso, Vicki Ballard, Greg Wilson, Mark <br />Pankaj, Trey Glascock, and Ryan Whitaker. <br />Staff Present: Becky Semple, Gina Crawford and Paul Allen. <br />Chadiee Johnston called the meeting to order at 4:05 pm. <br />Paul Allen stated we received the HOT Check for 15t quarter of 2020 in the amount of $148,197.00 <br />Minutes: A motion to approve February minutes was made by Trey Glascock, seconded by Brittney Keys. Motion passed <br />unanimously. <br />Financials: A motion to approve financials was made by Renee Harvey, seconded by Tony Corso. Motion passed unanimously. <br />New Business;, Becky Semple presented funding request for the Archers for Christ on May 2.3 and 24, 2020. They asked for <br />$2500.00, based on scoring criteria the amount recommended was $2000.00. A motion to approve $2000.00 was made by Trey <br />Glascock, seconded by Ryan Whitaker. Motion passed unanimously. Becky Semple presented funding request for Ladies Golf <br />Tournament on June 13-19, 2020. They asked for $2500.00, based on scoring criteria the amount recommended was <br />$1500.00. A motion to approve $1500.00 was made by Tony Corso, seconded by Mark Pankaj. Motion passed unanimously. <br />The Paris Body Art funding was tabled because they postponed the event scheduled for July. <br />Paul Allen stated that due to the circumstances of Covicd-19, the Tour de Paris will be rescheduled for September 26th, 2020. <br />The Gravel Grind will be September 27th <br />Adiourn: Tony Corso made the motion to adjourn. <br />Meeting adjourned at 4:26 p.m. <br />Respectfully Submitted, <br />Gina Crawford <br />
