Carla Easton advised that would be handled through the platting process. <br />A motion to approve this item was made by Clifton Fendley, seconded by Francine <br />Neeley. Motion carried 6-0. <br />9. Consideration of and action on the Preliminary Plat of Lot 1, Block of the M & R <br />Sulsar Addition, LCAD Property ID 110781 and 50113, located in the 4000 Block of Hwy <br />271 N. <br />Easton states Mark and Roberta Sulsar are proposing to build a single family home on the <br />subject lot. They have submitted a preliminary and final plat of the property. Lamar <br />County Water Supply provides water service. City sewer is not available this far north, so <br />an onsite septic system will be necessary. Access is provided from Highway 271 North. <br />The property is not located in a flood zone area. The building of a home on Block A, Lot <br />1 is allowed in the current zoning. It appears that the preliminary and final plats comply <br />with the City of Paris subdivision regulations with the following revisions: <br />Provide 20' "Utility" easement from US 271 to the pad site. <br />2. Clarify the acreage shown on the call. Total property shows 3.533 acres <br />in title block, with reference to Document 170851-2022 for 1.0 acre. <br />A motion to approve the Preliminary Plat with noted revisions was made by Francine <br />Neeley, seconded by Cody Adams. Motion carried 6-0. <br />10. Consideration of and action on the Final Plat of Lot 1, Block of the M & R Sulsar <br />Addition, LCAD Property ID 110781 and 50113, located in the 4000 Block of Hwy 271 <br />N. <br />Easton states this is the same plat with same comments. <br />A motion to approve the Final Plat with noted revisions was made by Cody Adams, <br />seconded by Tylesha Ross. Motion carried 6-0. <br />
